Pulco… add water & enjoy !

Pulco is a pure concentrate of fruits, with no colourings or preservatives added. The brand is firmly anchored in authenticity, naturalness, thirst quenching and economical. Pulco brings the best combination of fruits and water. It can be dosed with complete freedom, according to your personal taste. Although there are standard ways of diluting the juice into water, some like it stronger and some prefer a milder taste. No matter what you like, Pulco will be able to satisfy you.

Due to its concentrated character, one bottle can provide drinks for plenty of people, lasting longer than traditional beverages. Its full flavour and simplicity to use has made it become the unchallenged leader of the concentrates' market in France (ca. 90% of the value market share).

The origin of the brand can be traced back to 1971, when Marie Brizard – in combination with Ralli – launches a lemon concentrate to blend with its world famous anisette. By 1977 the brand is a full fledge success, holding 90% of the segment. During the 1980’s the advertising campaign created in France whose slogan was “It’s too hot to work. Pulco, Pulco, Pulco lemon….” became so famous that every time temperatures rise, people still use the sentence invoking Pulco.

From 1982 the brand starts to diversify its product range: orange, green lemon and citrus (2000). Between 2006 and 2007 five new flavours reach the market, combining citrus fruits with summer fruits. In 2007 Pulco is purchased by Orangina Schweppes, which relaunches the brand with a new design and a new communication campaign, extending Pulco into the still drink market with the launch in 2009 of Pulco Citronnade (lemonade) and Pulco Orangeade.

Today, the brand still inspires a sense of freedom while the values it projects are simplicity, naturalness and timelessness.
